China is on the brink of commencing construction on what could potentially become the world's lengthiest hydrogen pipeline, marking a substantial stride in the nation's efforts to establish renewable energy infrastructure. The focal point of the 737km Zhangjiakou Kangbao-Caofeidian pipeline is to establish a connection between a green hydrogen project in Zhangjiakou and the Caofeidian port, creating a pathway for the export of renewable hydrogen. Operating at a pressure of 63 bar, surpassing the standard in China, the pipeline optimizes efficiency by accommodating larger volumes of hydrogen.
