Envision has completed its first delivery of renewable ammonia that meets RFNBO standards, shipping it from its facility in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, to LOTTE Fine Chemical’s import terminal in Ulsan, South Korea. This milestone represents the first full demonstration of Envision’s integrated supply chain, covering everything from renewable hydrogen and ammonia production to shipping logistics, bunkering, and international transport by sea.
The Chifeng facility, which has been operational and ready for export since late 2025, currently produces 320,000 tons of renewable ammonia annually. Plans are in place to expand output to 1.5 million tons per year by 2028 as part of the Chifeng Net Zero Hydrogen Industrial Park, which is intended to serve as a scalable model for similar developments globally. The project has received ISCC EU, ISCC PLUS, and RFNBO certifications, and incorporates Envision’s proprietary AI technology to optimize the use of renewable energy inputs.
