The First Commercial Liquid Hydrogen Refueling Station in China

Panzhihua Liquid Hydrogen Refueling Station was put into operation, which is the first commercial liquid hydrogen refueling station in China. The official commissioning of this project marks another key step of liquid hydrogen utilization in China.

The project, which began construction in April 2025, has a total investment of 83 million RMB, including the construction of a liquid hydrogen plant and establishing a heavy truck fleet with liquid hydrogen solution. Initially, the refueling station has a capacity of 500 kg/day.
